Growth Marketing Associate

The role

Zeraphos helps families living abroad stay meaningfully involved in the care of their aging parents in India. We're looking for a curious, resourceful, and detail-oriented Growth Marketing Associate to support Zeraphos' growth initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work across marketing, partnerships, community, and business operations while contributing to the growth of an early-stage company.

You'll work closely with the team to execute key initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, and help strengthen Zeraphos' brand and market presence.

This is an initial 3-month contract with the possibility of extension or a longer-term opportunity based on performance and business needs. Remote or hybrid, based out of Ernakulam, Kerala.

What you'll do

You'll assist with the execution and coordination of key growth functions, including:

• Marketing & content: support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels, coordinate content production, and help maintain a consistent Zeraphos brand presence.
• Partnerships & community: research and identify partnership opportunities, support outreach efforts, help build relationships with organizations and communities, and assist in coordinating events and engagement initiatives.
• Marketing operations: coordinate marketing projects, maintain campaign timelines, assist with reporting and performance tracking, and collaborate across functions to ensure smooth execution.
• Ad hoc projects: contribute to research, special projects, and emerging business priorities as needed.

• Experience in growth marketing, partnerships, community, business operations, or related functions.
• Experience working in a startup or other high-growth environment.
• Experience in the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and community platforms.
• Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Notion, or Airtable.
