Parents here often live in a quiet house in Thripunithura, Aluva or Kakkanad while the street around them has filled up with people they do not know. The neighbours who used to notice things have moved or passed away. And a hospital 15 km away is still half a day once you add Kochi traffic and the wait.

Getting to appointments in Ernakulam
The district is unusually well served: the General Hospital and Medical Trust in Ernakulam, the Government Medical College at Kalamassery, the District Hospital in Aluva, and the government hospital in Muvattupuzha for the eastern side.
We accompany your parents to whichever of these they already use, and to the local clinic down the road if that is where they go. Zeraphos does not steer anyone toward a particular hospital and has no arrangement with any of them. My parents are in Kochi city with hospitals all around. What do they actually need this for?
Access is not the problem in Ernakulam. Getting there is, and so is company. The families who sign up here mostly want two things: someone who visits often enough to notice a change, and someone to handle the appointment, the queue and the pharmacy so their parents are not doing it alone.
Do you cover the towns outside Kochi, or only the city?
The whole district. Perumbavoor, Muvattupuzha, Kothamangalam and Angamaly are covered on the same plans as the city. The service area is the district, not the city limits.
Can you arrange a blood test without my parents travelling?
Yes. We coordinate home sample collection so routine bloodwork happens in your parents' own sitting room, and we arrange medicine pickup and delivery as an errand. It removes the two trips families find hardest to arrange from abroad.
